You can follow the QR code in your product or click the following link to activate your warranty. The activation of your warranty is mostly for our hard armor products.
We guarantee a service life of 5 years from the date of issue for all ballistic helmets purchased from Tatou Armor. Other products warranty will be specified in the product listing directly. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care.
- Repair or Replacement: If your ballistic helmet exhibits defects covered by this warranty during the 5-year service life, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the helmet free of charge.
- Lifetime Support: Even beyond the 5-year service life, we are committed to providing support and assistance to our customers. Contact our customer support team for any questions or concerns regarding the product
This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Failure to follow care instructions or maintenance guidelines
- Improper storage or handling
- Normal wear and tear

You do not need to Activate your warranty for it to be valid. It just helps us better track all product warranties and make sure that you are protected.
